Opened in January 2000, this 6,748-yard course was designed by Gordon Lewis, a Naples-based architect is known for producing outstanding designs for both public and private courses throughout the world. Four sets of tees make the course challenging for all skill levels. As noted by Lewis, “The terrain that encompasses Lexington Oaks varies immensely from wide open, rolling hills, to tight, narrow corridors through Bald Cypress domes, to holes set next to towering live oaks.”
Course conditioning and a commitment to customer service have been top priorities of the staff at Lexington Oaks and it shows. As you arrive at the course, you are greeted at your car and the experience continues as you encounter every staff member. The golf course itself is a pleasure to play with TifDwarf Bermuda greens that are the best in the Tampa Bay area.
